Our office hours are from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Mountain Time). You may check in after 4:00 P.M. (We do not guarantee that your unit will be ready at 4:00 P.M.) Check out by 10:00 A.M. We do not allow pets. Our units are non-smoking. Watch the weather. Chains or 4-wheel drive may be required. HWY 148 through Cedar Breaks is closed in the winter. No RV's or trailers in the winter. Not all units have telephones. For "after hours" arrivals information can be obtained in our foyer.

Payment Information
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Reservation must be confirmed with a 50% deposit within 10 days non holiday period. Holiday Periods must be prepaid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAYS.

Cancellation Policy
The management reserves the right to retain the entire deposit if cancellation occurs less than 20 days prior to arrival. Consideration will be given in the event of no snow at management's sole discretion. Full refunds are provided only if cancellation is made 45 days prior to scheduled arrival. A $35.00 handling fee will be charged on any cancellation between 45 and 20 days prior to arrival. Checks will be accepted with a Bank Guarantee Card. A $50.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

We also offer laundry facilities for your convenience. Recreation room and Spas are temporarily closed for renovations.Please call for updates.
